VinFast Partners with Castrol India for Premium After-Sales Care in India
VinFast, a Vietnamese electric vehicle (EV) manufacturer, has partnered with Castrol India to ensure reliable after-sales care for its customers in India. This collaboration, following VinFast's entry into the Indian market, aims to boost customer confidence in the brand's commitment to quality service.
VinFast plans to establish 35 dealerships across 27 cities in India by 2025, supported by local production at its Thoothukudi facility, which can produce up to 150,000 vehicles annually. The company will provide service manuals, diagnostic tools, training, and warranty coverage, while Castrol will ensure workshops meet infrastructure and capability standards.
Castrol, with its extensive network of over 750 workshops, will dedicate service bays and certified EV technicians to VinFast customers. The partnership aims to raise service standards through advanced diagnostics, genuine parts, and digital-first support solutions, contributing to India's shift towards sustainable mobility.
VinFast and Castrol have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to provide comprehensive after-sales support for VinFast's EV customers in India. With VinFast's expansion plans and Castrol's robust workshop network, this collaboration is set to strengthen VinFast's presence in the Indian market and enhance customer satisfaction.
