Tragedy in Ohio: Three Men Charged in the Murder of Pregnant Woman India Kinamore
In a shocking turn of events, three men have been charged in connection with the murder of 26-year-old India Kinamore, who was pregnant at the time of her death. The Hamilton County Prosecutor's Office announced the charges on August 21, 2023.
India Kinamore was scheduled to be induced on March 4, 2023, but her life was tragically cut short when she was shot and killed in Ohio. Prosecutors allege that the father of her unborn child, Kayvon Warren, conspired with two others, Robert Ervin and Lamar Morris Suggs, to take her life.
Warren, 30, was identified as the father of Kinamore's unborn child. According to the indictment, he was allegedly experiencing financial hardship and had lost his home at the time of her death. It is further alleged that he attempted to pressure Kinamore into an abortion, but the law prevented it. Warren reportedly requested bereavement leave from his job before her death.
The crime was staged to look like a burglary and robbery, according to investigators. On August 21, 2023, Warren, Ervin, and Suggs were charged with multiple counts, totaling three charges each. The charges include four counts of aggravated murder, as well as charges for burglary and felony assault.
Hamilton County Prosecutor Connie Pillich stated that the father of the child conspired with two others to kill Kinamore. The three accused face the possibility of life in prison for the charges.
Following their initial arrest, India's mother, Terri Kinamore, expressed her relief. "Now I am able to come back and tell her that the people that did this to her, they have been caught and justice will be served," she said.
