**Phase 3** (Early 2025 – Winter 2025/26) will involve final planting and landscaping touches, completion of infrastructure works, installation of additional amenities, and opening preparations.
Key features and improvements include native trees, shrubs, seasonal flowers, and pollinator plants, durable, aesthetic, accessible walls and staircases, new ergonomic benches, group seating zones, underground replacement of power cables, and new water lines for irrigation and park maintenance.
Throughout the project, work will be coordinated with local authorities to minimize disruptions. Environmental guidelines will be adhered to, ensuring protection of local wildlife and habitats.
