The Real Bairro Festival 2021 is underway in Lisbon's Prince Real neighborhood, offering a vibrant and free programme for all ages. Despite being shorter than last year, it's packed with cultural, food, and music activities until October 5.
The festival, aiming to showcase the richness of the Prince Real neighborhood, features a diverse range of participants. Confirmed ones include Real Fado, EmbaiXada, Barbour, Atalho Real, and Artroom. All activities are free and suitable for the whole family.
Real Fado will kickstart the festival with a fado session at Convento de São Pedro de Alcântara on October 3. Jazz enthusiasts can enjoy EmbaiXada's sessions on October 3 and 4. Artroom will exhibit paintings by Holly Biorklund throughout the festival.
Food lovers can indulge in discounts at Atalho Real, offering up to 30% off on drinks, cocktails, snacks, and tapas during happy hour. Barbour, on October 4, provides a 10% discount, wine tasting, and a bagpipe concert.
