ProAmpac & WMU Team Up for Sustainable Packaging Innovations

ProAmpac, a leading global flexible packaging company, has joined forces with Western Michigan University (WMU) to develop sustainable packaging solutions. The collaboration aims to create recyclable and compostable alternatives to traditional materials, supporting ProAmpac's ProActive Sustainability and ProActive Intelligence platforms.

ProAmpac's material science team will work alongside WMU's fiber manufacturing specialists to accelerate innovation in sustainable packaging. The company's capabilities, including adhesive lamination, rotogravure, flexographic, and high definition print, along with extrusion lamination, will be crucial in developing these new solutions.

The collaboration between ProAmpac and WMU is set to drive progress in sustainable packaging. By combining ProAmpac's industry expertise with WMU's academic prowess, the partnership aims to create packaging that is not only functional but also environmentally responsible.
