Party celebrating attire swap at DIE LINKE

On the 19th of July, DIE LINKE Ingolstadt is hosting a clothing swap party at their party office, located at Am Bachl 16, near Brückenkopf. The event takes place from 11:00 to 18:00 and is open to the public, making it an excellent opportunity for the community to come together and promote sustainable fashion.

The clothing swap party encourages participants to bring clothes they no longer want and exchange them with others. The goal is to reduce waste and foster a sense of community. Lina Schwarzott, a member of the Left Party's board, states that the event aims to demonstrate that sustainable consumption can be both affordable and enjoyable.

To ensure a smooth and hygienic exchange, participants are asked to bring only clean, well-preserved clothing to the event. There is no counter-performance required to take clothing from the swap. Each participant is allowed to bring up to 12 pieces of clothing and take up to 24 pieces in return. Even those who do not bring anything to swap are welcome to browse and take clothing from the event.

The theme of the event is "Sharing instead of throwing away". By participating, you're not only helping to reduce waste but also contributing to a more sustainable and community-oriented fashion scene. The event is scheduled for a Saturday, making it a perfect way to spend a weekend supporting a good cause.
