Marking a Decade of Outstanding Achievements

Ten years on, a residential project transforming six luxury holiday cottages in Hookerswell, Tew, has endured as a testament to quality. The cottages, developed by Charlie Luxton Design, feature Neo Rooflights from The Rooflight Co., which have demonstrated resilience and continue to provide ample daylight.

Crafted from 3mm mild steel and featuring an atomized zinc protection layer and protective polyester powder coating, Neo Rooflights have withstood the test of time. These unique rooflights integrated seamlessly with the standing seam zinc roof, adding a touch of industrial charm while preserving the rustic character of the barn-like buildings.

The development unfolded within a grade II listed farmyard, with the project focus centering on restoring and completing the existing roof. The architect opted for standing seam zinc to blend historical roots with contemporary aesthetics.
