Cheval Collection, a leading luxury hospitality company with over 39 years of experience, is set to launch its latest property in London – Cheval Lexham Gardens. The new property, located in one of the city's most prestigious neighbourhoods, promises a stylish, spacious, and private alternative to hotels.
The building, dating back to around 1870, has undergone a complete transformation to respond to the demands of the luxury accommodation market. The main contractor for the project, PD-UK, carried out extensive renovation work, stripping the property back to its original brick structure before installing new services.
The interior design of Cheval Lexham Gardens was entrusted to contemporary architects Guarnieri Architects and MojoConcept's London-based design studio. Three creative themes – Racing Green, Glamorous Royal Red, and Cool Neutral Equestrian – will adorn the 30 apartments, suitable for relocation, leisure, and business.
Guests can expect a modernized reception, a landscaped atrium garden, and a state-of-the-art fitness center equipped with Precor equipment. For added comfort, the property has undergone a complete acoustic upgrade of the sound transmission between floors.
One-bedroom apartments at Cheval Lexham Gardens will start from £260 per night. The property is conveniently located near Royal Parks, The National History Museum, and vibrant Kensington, with easy access to Gloucester Road Station.
Cheval Lexham Gardens will join eight additional serviced apartment residences in London, further strengthening Cheval Collection's presence in the city. This expansion marks the company's entry into London, following its successful ventures in Edinburgh, Scotland, where Cheval Collection operates three new properties: Cheval The Edinburgh Grand, Cheval Old Town Chambers, and Cheval Abbey Strand Apartment at Holyrood.
Cheval Old Town Chambers will see an additional 25 apartments join the 50 they already operate. The company's commitment to hospitality excellence, spanning over four decades, continues to set new standards in the luxury accommodation market.
The project is due to complete in summer 2021, with the property set to open its doors to guests seeking a luxurious and comfortable stay in the heart of London. Cheval Lexham Gardens promises more than just a home; it aims to make life beautifully easy for its guests.
