Nintendo Switch Online members can now enhance their user profiles with exclusive Donkey Kong Bananza-themed icon elements, available as limited-time rewards for My Nintendo Platinum Points. These unique digital assets, related to the recently released Donkey Kong Bananza game, are updated weekly in four waves.
Starting from July 16, 2025, Nintendo Switch Online members can redeem their Platinum Points for these special icon elements. Wave 1 was available from July 16, 6:00 p.m. PT to July 23, 5:59 p.m. PT, followed by Wave 2 from July 23, 6:00 p.m. PT to July 30, 5:59 p.m. PT, and Wave 3 from July 30, 6:00 p.m. PT to August 6, 5:59 p.m. PT. The fourth wave, Wave 4, is now available from August 6, 6:00 p.m. PT to August 13, 5:59 p.m. PT.
In addition to the digital icon elements, a new physical Donkey Kong Bananza Rally Towel is available exclusively in the North American My Nintendo Store, redeemable for 650 Platinum Points and launched around the same date.
To redeem your My Nintendo Platinum Points, simply log in to your My Nintendo account, navigate to the rewards page for Nintendo Switch Online members or the My Nintendo Store, select the desired reward, and use your Platinum Points to redeem it. Remember, these rewards are only available for a limited time, so redeeming them soon is recommended to secure these exclusive items.
