Greifswald's 23rd Cultural Night: A Night of Art, Music & Community
Mark your calendars for the 23rd Greifswald Cultural Night, happening on Friday, September 12th. This year's event promises a diverse range of performances and activities, with around 40 participants showcasing their talents at various venues across the city. The Cultural Night is coordinated by the University and Hanseatic City of Greifswald's Department of Education, Culture & Sport.
The event kicks off at 5:00 PM with the Singing Balconies in Schönwalde II. Throughout the evening, visitors can enjoy a variety of free contributions, including concerts, workshops, guided tours, and exhibitions. New venues this year include Café 'Kaffeemühle', Studio Gallery Greifswald, and Störtebeker Braugasthaus. The program, including start times and durations, can be found at www.our website/kulturnacht and in program brochures available at various locations.
One of the highlights is the performance of 'Klarinakkord' at the Café 'Kaffeemühle' on October 12th, from 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM. This year's graphic was designed by Finn Wunderwald, a student at the Media and IT School at the North German Academy of Economics. Participants are responsible for organizing, formatting, and content of their contributions, making each experience unique.
With many contributions free and varied, visitors can create their own personal evening cultural program. An online map with all the venues is also available to help you plan your night. The 23rd Greifswald Cultural Night promises a memorable evening of art, culture, and community.
