Free Senior Dance Café: No Experience Needed, All Welcome

A dance café for seniors is set to take place on Friday, September 26th, from 3 to 5 pm at the 'Tanzfabrik' on Pommernallee 1. The event is free and open to both individuals and couples, with no prior dance experience required.

The dance café is designed to cater to both beginners and experienced dancers. A dance teacher will be present to guide participants and teach basic steps, ensuring everyone can join in the fun. The event is also inclusive, welcoming those with a dementia-related illness who are accompanied.

Interested parties can register with the senior commissioner Monika Brockers at 02133 257 3040. The dance café is a great opportunity for seniors to socialise, stay active, and learn something new in a friendly and supportive environment.

Mark your calendars for the dance café on September 26th. It's a free, inclusive event that promises a fun afternoon of dance and camaraderie. No prior knowledge is required, so come along and enjoy the rhythm.
