Finkenrech recreational center holds a garden event for kids
The Tourism and Culture Center of Neunkirchen County (TKN) has introduced a new attraction called the Kids' Garden Rally at the Finkenrech leisure center. This exciting event, designed for children, offers an alternative for families who were unable to visit the traditional corn maze, which could not be opened this year due to high temperatures and soil dryness.
The Kids' Garden Rally is a replacement for the Labyrinth Quiz that was initially planned. Nine stations have been set up at the leisure center, each featuring a quiz question. Children can participate in a large leisure-time prize draw with the collected answers.
Participating children receive a small reward that typically includes gardening-themed items such as seed packets, small plants, or gardening tools suited for kids. The event aims to encourage children's interest in the environment and gardening while providing a memorable experience with these thoughtful prizes.
The starting point of the Kids' Garden Rally is at the animal stall in the Finkenrech leisure center in Eppelborn-Dirmingen. The Finkenrech leisure center offers numerous possibilities for an exciting discovery tour in the Kids' Garden Rally.
Prizes for the Kids' Garden Rally prize draw include family tickets for the GONDWANA Prehistoric Park, vouchers from the municipality of Illingen, a family special from the DK Bow Factory, and more. Other prizes include tickets for the Schulmuseum Ottweiler, Volker Rosin Family Concert, Adventure Golf tickets for the Bliesgau adventure park, Naturwildpark Freisen, and a voucher for using the grill huts at the Finkenrech leisure center.
