Festival-goers Anticipate Fountain Festival Experience in Hüthum

The small town of Huethum is all set to host its 28th annual Brunnenfest on Corpus Christi! After the religious procession ends, around 11:30 AM on June 19, the real fun begins.
Kids will be delighted with a bouncy castle, balloon art by Maik Schugt, and maybe even a ride on the Huethum-Express. In the afternoon, the EKV-Starlights will ignite the stage with a dynamic performance. But there's more to the Brunnenfest than just the official program.
The music association and duo Zendo have become staples at the event. Annette Arntzen from the Heimatverein tells us, "Chatting, drinking, or eating while enjoying live music is always a great idea, even if you haven't attended the church procession before." Over the years, the Brunnenfest has also become a popular cycling destination for folks from the surrounding area.

"The festival is primarily weather-dependent," says Arntzen. She anticipates 500 to 800 visitors on a sunny day, with cold drinks, grilled food, coffee, cake, and ice cream available at reasonable prices. Profit isn't the main aim of the festival; the primary focus is fun and community!

The entire organization runs on the efforts of enthusiastic volunteers. From decorating the fountain and tables to providing their services, local businesses like Inko Blumenhandel support the Brunnenfest wholeheartedly.
