Rhineland-Palatinate provides an additional €5.4 million to Neustadt an der Weinstraße for the 2027 State Garden Show

This additional financial support will help cover higher construction costs. The decision to provide extra funding was approved by the state’s cabinet.
Minister President Alexander Schweitzer (SPD) and Minister of Economics Daniela Schmitt (FDP) noted that the State Garden Show is a significant event for Neustadt an der Weinstraße. The event promises to significantly enhance the cityscape and the surrounding area, with long-term benefits for the entire region.
The State Garden Show is recognized as a recurring event in Rhineland-Palatinate, highlighting the region's natural beauty and horticultural achievements.
