Delicious dining awaits in Bremen as Kulinarium restaurant introduces refined French cuisine, backed by WFB development funds.
In the heart of Bremen, a new culinary gem is set to captivate the city's palate. The Kulinarium, a modern French restaurant, will open its doors on November 1st at Forum am Wall, marking an important step towards the future viability of Bremen's city centre.
Andreas Heyer, CEO of the WFB Economic Development Corporation Bremen GmbH, believes that the Kulinarium showcases Bremen's readiness to explore new culinary paths. The culinary concept at the Kulinarium emphasises the food being impressive, aiming to appeal to both gourmets and those new to fine dining.
Jannis Fuhrberg, the operator of the Kulinarium, brings years of experience from renowned establishments, including the Hotel Munte in Bremen and the Schlosshotel Münchhausen, to his new venture. His goal is to create a place where joy and pleasure are the focus at the Kulinarium.
The Kulinarium will initially offer two menus with four to seven courses, including fish, meat, and vegetarian options. For more information about the Kulinarium, including menus and prices, visit kulinarium-bremen.de/.
The establishment of the Kulinarium was supported by the WFB Economic Development Corporation, which mediated the space in the city centre for the restaurant. The Kulinarium's goal aligns with the promotion's objective of diversifying the city centre's offerings, aiming to create a strong incentive for the settlement of retail, gastronomy, services, and crafts in the city centre.
The "City UpTrade - Start-up financing for your business in Bremen" settlement promotion also supports the Kulinarium with a subsidy for rental costs. The goal of the "City UpTrade" promotion is to secure the revitalization, diversity, and quality of stay in the city centre.
As a part of an initiative to make Bremen's city centre more vibrant and attractive, the Kulinarium is expected to contribute to the cultural appeal of the area, attracting both locals and tourists, supporting local suppliers, and enhancing Bremen’s reputation as a city with a flourishing food scene.
With the Kulinarium's opening, Bremen's culinary landscape continues to evolve, promising a delightful dining experience for all.
The Kulinarium, a modern French restaurant, not only caters to food enthusiasts but also aims to diversify Bremen's city center by offering a mix of home-and-garden decor and lifestyle amenities, strategically aligning with the city's promotion objectives. As Jannis Fuhrberg, the operator, envisions, the food-and-drink offerings at the Kulinarium will not only be impressive but also create a space that fosters joy and pleasure, thus complementing the city's vibrant lifestyle.
