Decade-long Self-Build Factory Open Day Features Various Community Engagement Activities

The association, which started with just 7 members and a small woodworking shop in February 2012, has grown into a thriving hackspace where people come together to engage in activities such as crafting, hacking, and discussing technology topics like Linux, OpenSource, networks, servers, and cyberspace.
During the "Open House Day", visitors can expect to find projects completed in the last few months, showcasing various fields such as woodwork, metalwork, electronics, 3D printing, handicrafts, photography, computer technology, and data security. Interactive activities for visitors include printing T-shirts, pottery, spinning wool, lockpicking, making pins, a pixel flood, songwriting basics, and more.
A workshop on songwriting will be presented at the EBK recording studio, and an emergency repair service for laptops will be available at the EBK hackspace. Visitors can also take tours of the facilities and workshops, and food and drinks will be available throughout the day.
