Upon entering, they found a severely injured cat and immediately sprang into action, providing oxygen and transporting the feline to the nearest vet.
In a separate incident, hobby detectorist Frank Radermacher made a significant discovery in the Brohltal region. In April, he unearthed 700 coins from the late antiquity period, marking his largest find to date. These coins were only made public on Tuesday, 12th August, and have since been handed over to the state archaeology department for examination.
