Conference on Photography and Videography comes to a close today: grab your complimentary event manual and essential information

The 2025 Photography & Video Show, presented by Future Plc and sponsored by Hahnemühle Fine Art, is gearing up to be an unmissable event for photography enthusiasts and professionals alike. With a wide array of activities, stages, and speakers, the show promises to offer a comprehensive exploration of the world of imaging.

One of the highlights of the show will be the Behind the Lens Theatre, where world-class imaging educators will share their techniques, stories, and insights behind images and projects. As of now, the only publicly confirmed speaker for this theatre is Sebastião Salgado, a renowned photographer whose work has captured the attention of the world.

Salgado, a Brazilian social documentarian photographer, is known for his black-and-white images of the human condition, often focusing on the lives of displaced people and workers in remote regions. His work has been exhibited worldwide, and he has published several books, including 'Workers' and 'Genesis'.

In addition to Salgado, the show will feature over 50 speakers, with more to be announced, covering every aspect of photography and videography. These speakers include celebrity photographer Andy Gotts, creative pet photographer Belinda Richards, music photographer Christie Goodwin, Adobe's principal digital imaging evangelist Julieanne Kost, outdoor photographer and content creator Courtney Victoria, film director Dan Thorburn, filmmaker, photographer and FPV pilot Steven Clarey, content creator Tamara Gabriel, portrait photographer Tom Barnes, fashion and beauty photographer Lindsay Adler, former comedian turned humanitarian photographer David DuChemin, and Photoshop expert and educator Scott Kelby.

The show will also offer live demos across the show floor, a Kit Showcase stage featuring exhibitors showcasing new and innovative products, a Creator Stage with talks on online community building and other aspects of content creation, an In Motion Studio offering insight into producing engaging content, a Fundamentals program replacing the separate paid-for masterclasses with free show-floor content, and an Editing & Post-Production Suite with seminars covering workflow tips and techniques for both stills and video, across a variety of software applications.

Creator Playground will offer a series of sets and studios for creating one's own content, and a live-action, tethered-shooting stage will provide practical demos on lighting, posing, working with models, and capturing movement.

Tickets for the 2025 event are now on sale, and students of photography, film, or related subjects can enjoy free entry when they pre-book tickets on Monday 10 and Tuesday 11 March. Digital Camera World will be live every day at the show to bring photo news.

For those interested in all things Nikon-related, Adam Waring, the Guides Editor of the website, will be one of the leading experts on hand. Waring, who was the editor of N-Photo: The Nikon Magazine for seven years and a veteran of publications such as PhotoPlus: The Canon Magazine, is sure to provide valuable insights and tips.

With such a diverse range of activities and speakers, the 2025 Photography & Video Show promises to be an exciting and informative event for anyone with a passion for photography and videography. Don't miss out – book your tickets today!
