Artist Andris Braeuer's "In Transit" Series Captures Fleeting Moments of Human Connection in Berlin's Public Transit
Photographer Andris Braeuer's "In Transit" series invites viewers to pause and contemplate the lives and stories of Berliners on the move, specifically within the context of the S-Bahn. This project, photographed during the gloomy winter months of last year, focuses on fleeting interactions and transient moments between strangers[1].
The inspiration for "In Transit" came from watching people board trams in Ostkreuz, reminiscent of John Schabel's "Passengers" series.
