In a bid to streamline the hiring process, improve service quality assurance, and foster long-term service relationships, Avito Services has launched a new feature: the "Portfolio" for service providers. This innovative tool, now available in categories such as Repair and Construction, Household Services, Business Services, Events and Entertainment, Brows and Lashes, IT, Design and Marketing, aims to bridge the gap between service providers and potential clients.

The "Portfolio" feature allows service providers to post albums showcasing their completed work, providing a visual and practical demonstration of their skills and quality. This visual evidence is instrumental in attracting clients and standing out among competitors. For users, the "Portfolio" feature offers the opportunity to review previous work of service providers before making a hiring decision, thereby increasing transparency and confidence in the service quality.

According to an internal survey by Avito Services, 30% of clients spend too much time selecting specialists based on all criteria, and 16% of respondents find that ads lack a portfolio. The "Portfolio" feature addresses these concerns by providing concrete evidence of a service provider's capabilities, leading to more informed and satisfactory service engagements.

One portfolio can be linked to multiple ads, and up to 10 albums can be created, each containing no more than 10 photos. Service name, description, and price can be specified in an album, making it easier for users to understand the scope and cost of services offered.

Svetlana Filimonova, Head of the "Repair and Construction" category on Avito Services, stated that the goal is to create a space where users can easily and quickly find masters that meet their expectations. The first portfolio appeared just 40 minutes after the tool's launch, with over 1,000 albums created in the first days of testing the feature.

The "Portfolio" feature is a response to user requests for a more efficient way to choose service providers. To further assist users, Avito Services has also launched the "Tasks" service, simplifying the process of finding the right professional.

In the future, Avito Services plans to expand the functionality to other categories, ensuring that a wide range of service providers can benefit from this tool. High-quality content and detailed service descriptions significantly impact conversion and the perception of offer value, making the "Portfolio" feature a valuable asset for both service providers and users.
